Raised barrier to control the passage of vehicles in parking lots.

1. Cast aluminum footing.

2. Anodized aluminum structural sections.

3. RAL9010 white lacquered aluminum exterior cladding panels.

4. Cast aluminum cover secured with key lock.

5. 82.5 x 51.5 mm section oval aluminum boom, white lacquered RAL9010, with red reflective stripes.

6. Boom drive shaft of 30 mm diameter mounted on a geared motor and bearing lubricated for life.

7. Electromechanical group including:

- Reversible three-phase asynchronous reversible geared motor ensuring protection of the mechanism in case of forced lifting of the boom in a malicious manner. The maintenance of the boom in its two extreme positions (open and closed), as well as a stop command, is carried out by an electronic control.

- Frequency inverter ensuring progressive accelerations and damped decelerations, for vibration-free movement, jolt-free direction reversal (reopening) and increased protection of the mechanism.

- Electronic torque limitation of the electromechanical unit, allowing the boom to stop immediately during closing in the event of an obstacle.

- Analog position detector indicating the high and low positions and allowing control of the geared motor.

- Boom balancing by means of a compensation spring, depending on the weight of the boom.

8. Electronic control logic offering 8 inputs + 6 outputs + 3 configurable relays + USB port for:

- Boom position status (open or closed).

- Presence sensor status.

- Shrouded boom detector.

- Transmission of technical defect information.

- Open panel or cover.

- Man/Machine Interface by means of three integrated push buttons that ensure the opening, closing and operating mode of the barrier.
