INTRODUCTION

Complementary to the TGH8xx range of automatic doors, the TGL870 high security access control gate is designed to check passengers with reduced mobility (disabled people, people with luggage, strollers, etc.) at the entrances and/or exits of public transport networks while guaranteeing the comfort of movement. It integrates the specific experience acquired by Automatic Systems in the production of products dedicated to public transport. Its well thought-out aesthetics ensures optimal integration into any type of architecture. The materials used were carefully selected for their qualities of resistance, strength and safety. These results are the outcome of the experience accumulated by Automatic Systems over almost 40 years. It allows a walkway width of 900 mm and rounds off a TGH8xx line.

FEATURES
  1. Self-supporting high rigidity welded mechanical steel central frame: integrates an electromechanical drive for each movable obstacle, photoelectric presence detection and user protection cells, as well as electronic control units.
  2. Casing in brushed 304L stainless steel. Panels are closed with recessed security locks.
  3. Sécurit clear glass obstacles "railway type" of 12 mm thick, with a standard ground height of 1800 mm. Each leaf is equipped with a silicon protection protection profile, ensuring the safety of the user.
  4. Obstacles against intrusion: in transparent glass with "railroad type" treatment, they block the space above each casing, thus preventing any type of fraud when the door is raised.
  5. Detection photocells: control the passage of users through the gateway and anti-fraud
  6. control.
  7. Security photocells: ensure the safe passage of users between moving obstacles.
  8. Each housing is fixed to the floor with an adjustable painted steel base that makes installation considerably easier by means of level corrections.
  9.  Programmable control unit, which ensures the management of the TGL870, including:
    • The connection terminal blocks,
    • A 24V DC power supply,
    • A programmable controller,
    • Two variable speed drives (VSC).
  10.  The motorization realized by an asynchronous motor managed by a VSC based on an inductive control of the obstacle position, ensuring fast movements with progressive acceleration and deceleration at the end of the stroke. A crank and rod coupling transmits the drive to the obstacle, providing perfect mechanical locking in the two extreme positions. In case of power failure (anti-panic system with intrinsic mechanical opening) and involuntary blocking of obstacles (anti-pinch), the motorization includes a high safety opening system.

Thanks to its mechanical design and integrated electronics, the equipment ensures a high level of safety (prevention of violations) and security (protection of users during use).

The door can be installed alone or in a battery, in which case a left door, a right door and intermediate doors (with obstacles on both sides of the door) must be defined. These intermediate doors can be hybrid (left and right obstacles with different widths) to ensure compatibility with the SmartLane 90x range.

FEATURES

1. Self-supporting frame (in steel treated with electrogalvanized anti-corrosion treatment) consisting of the electromechanical drive unit for each movable obstacle, the photoelectric cells for detecting the presence of users and the electronic control elements.

2. Bodywork in AISI 304L stainless steel sheet with brushed finish.

3. Side panels in AISI 304L stainless steel sheet with brushed finish, providing easy access to the electromechanical unit and the electronic control elements; lockable.

4. One-piece, 12 mm thick, tempered, light-colored, one-piece, clear tempered glass passage barrier, which is completely withdrawn towards the inside of the bodywork at each opening movement.

5. Black laminatedcover (stainless steel) around the fixed obstacle, where applicable: i.e. for a movable obstacle over 1000 mm high.

6. The electromechanical group includes:

- Three-phase asynchronous geared motor.

- Secondary transmission by crank and connecting rod system, which guarantees a perfect mechanical locking in the two extreme positions.

- Automatic opening device of the moving obstacle in case of power failure.

- Frequency inverter, which guarantees progressive accelerations and damped decelerations, for a vibration-free movement for the protection of the mechanism and the users in case of obstacles closing.

- An inductive sensor that monitors the position of the moving obstacle.

Dual AS1300 control logic, responsible for door control, compatible with different control options and/or accessories. LCD display; allows navigation through a drop-down menu and modification of certain parameters.

Transfer of information to the outside via potential-free contacts: authorization, passage information, technical failure, corridor status (free, forbidden, alarm, etc.).

9. Orientation pictogram, which indicates to the user the status of the corridor (in service or out of service).

10. Presence detection photoelectric cells, which guarantee the control of the users' progression along the corridor as well as their safety in case of moving obstacles.

11. Extensions, which allow to increase the security level, thanks to a higher number of detection cells, and to integrate an optional access control system (ID tag reader or other).

12. Fixed obstacle that prevents jumping over the door.

Main market segments targeted by the product:

  • Electronic detection of any pedestrian or passenger entering through the equipment.
  • Detection of more than 2 persons inside the equipment.
  • Detection of wheeled suitcases, trolleys, backpacks.
  • Electronic detection of intruders in both directions.
  • The greater the number of photocells and the longer the corridor, the greater the fidelity and accuracy of detection.
  • From 9 photoelectric cells onwards in standard equipment.
  • Transmitter, receiver with more accuracy than a transmitter - reflex.
  • 32 infrared photocells of the transmitter-receiver type in each direction.
  • CELLS grouped in sets of 8 on electronic cards.
  • Non-flammable plastic displays.
  • Communication with the CPU is through a CAN bus.
  • The light beams of the photocells are arranged as horizontal detection barriers, spaced every 45 mm, and thanks to DIRAS MATRIX technology at 23 mm, making it impossible for a person to remain undetected inside the corridor.
  • Ability to pass through infrared rays
  • Indifferent and highly resistant to environmental and ambient effects such as dust and light interference.
  • An automatic regulation system of photocell transmission power according to ambient light.
  • Minimum installation time and easy maintenance
  • Plug & play : multiplying detection members > less time and wiring required
  • Self-diagnostic cells
  • The computing power of the logic (ARM9) used to implement the passage of infrared rays and thus double density.
  • In total, 60 cells to electronically control the passage and prevent the entry of unauthorized persons into the security zone
