Short range barrier
BL range
The short-range barriers for vehicular access control meet the most common needs in terms of security systems. They can be either manual (for very sporadic passages) or automatic, for the efficient management of your accesses.
PRESENTATION
The BL 229 rising barrier is a universal barrier: its high performance and reliability allow it to respond to a wide range of applications. A wide range of accessories allows a response to various installation constraints and different needs in terms of safety.
FEATURES
1. Body made of folded and welded steel sheets, 2 to 6 mm thick, protected by cataphoresis and two coats of structured paint (standard color: orange RAL 2000).
2. Internal mechanical parts treated by electrogalvanizing.
3. Side door for access to the mechanism, protected by a key lock.
4. Removable upper cover, with key lock.
5. Aluminum boom, white lacquered with red reflective stripes and end cap.
6. Boom shaft mounted on 2 bearings lubricated for life. The shaft output, centered in relation to the bodywork, allows to easily reverse the boom model: boom on the left or on the right side of the structure.
7. Boom balancing by means of springs.
8. Electromechanical unit consisting of: Three-phase asynchronous geared motor.
- Secondary transmission by connecting rod and crank system, which guarantees a perfect mechanical locking in the two extreme positions.
- Automatic barrier release device in case of power failure, which allows the barrier to be opened manually.
- Frequency inverter, which ensures progressive acceleration and gradual deceleration, for vibration-free movement and greater protection of the mechanism.
- Limit switches activated by leaf springs.
9. Manual release lever, activated if automatic mode is not configured.
10. Electronic control logic with configurable parameters allowing the management of different options and/or accessories.
11. Configurable information contacts:
- Indicating the status of the barrier position (open or closed),
- Indicating the status of the presence sensors,
- That allow a master-slave control of 2 barriers facing each other (the movement of one of them is activated by the movement of the other).
12. Anchoring base of the barrier to be fixed on a concrete plinth (to be made by the customer).
PRESENTATION
The BL 227 EVO automatic electric barrier is based on highway barrier technology and is designed for multiple applications requiring perfect adaptability to all types of traffic and access control, and is associated with high reliability and robustness.
FEATURES
1. Frame pedestal made of sheet steel with anti-corrosion treatment and powder coated finish.
2. Structure and upper cover made of anti-corrosion treated steel plate with powder coated finish.
3. Luminous signage on the cover to indicate the right of way of vehicles (optional).
4. Aluminum round section boom, 75mm diameter, white lacquered (RAL 9010), with red reflective stripes and end cap.
5. Boom shaft driven directly by the geared motor, which eliminates the need for complex adjustments and the risk of additional breakdowns.

Medium Range Barrier
BL Range
The medium range barriers for vehicular access control adjust to a wider track width having a total coverage. These barriers are effective, visible and very robust.
PRESENTATION
Short- and medium-range rapid rising barrier with reinforced oval section boom, for installation on public roads: parking lots, traffic management.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Folded and welded steel plate bodywork, with a thickness between 3 and 8 mm.
2. Side and front doors, with peripheral sealing gasket and key lock, guaranteeing easy access to the mechanism.
3. Upper movable cover with key lock.
4. Oval central boom, with reinforced section 175 x 100 mm, made of white lacquered aluminum with red reflective stripes.
5. Solid boom drive shaft, diameter 50 mm, mounted on 2 bearings with permanent lubrication.
6. Electromechanical group:
- Reversible three-phase asynchronous reversible geared motor ensuring protection of the mechanism in case of forced boom lifting.
- Secondary transmission by means of pinion and toothed wheel. The boom is held in its 2 extreme positions (open and closed) and is stopped by an electromagnetic brake.
- Frequency inverter, which ensures progressive accelerations and damped decelerations, for vibration-free movement, jerk-free direction reversal (reopening) and greater protection of the mechanism.
- Electronic torque limitation of the electromechanical unit, which allows the boom to stop immediately during closing in the event of an obstacle detection.
- Inductive limit switches.
- Boom balancing by means of one or more compressed springs, depending on the weight of the boom.
7. Lever for manually lifting the boom (except with the "automatic lifting" option).
8. Electronic control logic with configurable parameters allowing different control options and/or complementary accessories.
9. Terminals for connection to the outside of the logic, for:
- indicating the status of the barrier position (open or closed),
- indicating the status of the presence sensors,
- allowing a master-slave control of 2 barriers facing each other (the movement of one of them is activated by the movement of the other one).
